Victor Gonzalez-Romero, a 30-year-old father of three, was tragically shot and killed on the night of November 24, 2019, in the Carondelet neighborhood of south St. Louis, Missouri. According to reports, Gonzalez-Romero was listening to music in his truck when an unknown assailant approached and shot him.
