Elijah McKinney, an 18-year-old from downtown St. Louis, was tragically killed on July 29, 2020, in a shooting incident in the Walnut Park West neighborhood of St. Louis. The incident occurred around 1:41 p.m. when police responded to a report of a shooting near the intersection of Floy Avenue and West Florissant Avenue.
