In the late hours of a Saturday night in St. Louis, the sound of gunshots pierced the winter air, marking the tragic end of a young life. On January 25, 2020, Jodeci Brown, a 27-year-old male, was found lying face down outside in the 5800 block of Cote Brilliante in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood.
