Miguel-Angel C. Padilla, a 16-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2020. Miguel was a tenth grader at Northeast High School, known for his love of the Kansas City Royals and the Oakland Raiders, as well as his enjoyment of video games.
