Joshua Shawn Phillips, a 35-year-old resident of Bolivar, Missouri, was tragically killed on March 23, 2020. The incident occurred early in the morning when police responded to reports of shots fired at a home on West Buffalo Road. Upon arrival, officers found Phillips with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
