On the morning of May 9, 2020, Antonio Deward Bogan, a 36-year-old Black male known affectionately as 'Spanky,' was found deceased in a vehicle in Charleston, Missouri, the victim of a shooting. Responding to the incident at approximately 10 a.m., law enforcement discovered Bogan in the driver's seat, having succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
