James McGregory, a 43-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed in a shooting on August 23, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the 2500 block of Blair Avenue in the Old North St. Louis neighborhood. According to police reports, officers arrived at the scene around 1:30 a.m. to find McGregory unresponsive in his car. He was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical services.
