In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Old North St. Louis, a man's life was cut short by gunfire. James McGregory, a 43-year-old male, was discovered unresponsive inside a car on the 2500 block of Blair Avenue at approximately 1:30 a.m. on August 23, 2020.
