In the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of St. Louis, a tragic and fatal encounter unfolded on the night of September 27, 2020. Samuel Reece, a 29-year-old male, was riding his bicycle when he happened upon a Kia Soul. An interaction with the vehicle's occupants quickly escalated, resulting in Reece being fatally shot.
