Joyce Freeman, a 20-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on November 23, 2020. On that fateful morning, Freeman was preparing to take her four-day-old son to a doctor's appointment. As she, her boyfriend, and their infant son were getting into their car, a Nissan Sentra drove by and opened fire on them.
