Death by Force

Christian Gabriel Lee Smedley-Atterberry, an 18-year-old from West Plains, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 18, 2020. The West Plains Police Department responded to a report of shots fired at a residence on Seventh Street around 11:32 PM. Upon arrival, officers found Christian deceased with an apparent gunshot wound to the head. The investigation into his death was promptly initiated, and the authorities assured the community that there was no ongoing danger.
