John Barbrow, a 47-year-old resident of West Plains, Missouri, tragically passed away on October 23, 2017. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred outside a gas station in West Plains. According to reports, surveillance footage captured the moments leading up to the shooting, showing Barbrow in conversation with Jorge Anthony Rosadilla-Gonzales inside the Snappy Mart convenience store. Shortly after their interaction, Barbrow was shot just outside the store.
