Rico Lovelle Hawkins, aged 37, was shot and killed on December 11, 2011, in Indianapolis. The shooting occurred on the porch of a duplex near West 37th Street and North Capitol Avenue. Another victim, Prince Bibbs, 23, was also found shot nearby. Police reported that the shooting possibly began inside the duplex before continuing outside, although specific details remain unclear.
