Dennis L. Perry, 36, was shot and killed on January 16, 2012, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident took place at an apartment complex located on the northeast side of the city. According to authorities, a woman involved in the altercation fatally shot Dennis. She was detained at the scene but later released without charges, pending further investigation.
