Tavean Parker, a 24-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed on April 22, 2021. The incident occurred in the Walnut Park East neighborhood of north St. Louis. Police were called to the intersection of Genevieve and Thekla avenues around 7:40 p.m., where they found Parker unconscious on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
