Shawn Cortez Hackney, a 35-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2021. Hackney was found with a gunshot wound to his head near the intersection of Emily Street and East Gano Avenue in the College Hill neighborhood of St. Louis. Despite being rushed to a hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
