In the early hours of a summer morning in Indianapolis, a burst of violence tragically cut short the life of 21-year-old Andre D. Stennette-Harrod. On June 17, 2012, Andre and his brother, LaVonne Harrod, were fatally shot in the vicinity of 38th Street and Georgetown Road. The incident, which unfolded around 2:40 AM, left a family shattered and a community searching for answers.
