Dexter Pitts, a 53-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on October 18, 2021. The incident occurred near Fairground Park, where police responded to a report of a shooting around 9:25 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Pitts suffering from a gunshot wound.
