On the evening of January 6, 2022, tragedy struck in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood of Saint-Louis, Missouri, claiming the life of 30-year-old Marcus Wren. The incident unfolded around 7:20 p.m. in the 5800 block of Lotus Avenue, where police responded to a call for a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Wren suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
