In the summer of 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace in the O'Fallon neighborhood of St. Louis, leaving a family and community to mourn the loss of Domonique McIntosh. The 32-year-old man was discovered inside a vehicle on the 2000 block of Harris Avenue on the evening of July 8th. He had been fatally shot in an incident that also left two other men wounded.
