In the Baden neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, a burst of gunfire on the evening of August 3, 2022, ended the life of 23-year-old Tijean Bow. The male victim was a passenger in a vehicle stopped at a red light in the 8300 block of Halls Ferry Road at approximately 8:35 p.m. when the fatal encounter occurred.
