This probably won\'t help at all, but allegedly the situation involved a financial dispute. An amount was even mentioned, as I recall one student even shook their head crying, while saying, "All that over $50." Students at school was definitely saying it had something to do with money.! No it was heard , like my ears heard this while it was being spoken. But this is even worse than the comment above, because the words I heard were spoken before the shooting. The same day of the shooting actually, Monday 10am give or take. I think the shooter should\'ve been placed on a 72 hour clinical hold to address that inner turmoil before it got so blown out of proportion. This is why mental health resources are important, even for small towns. The shooter could\'ve just voluntarily committed themself the moment they were having thoughts of harming this young man and the crisis could have been prevented. I don\'t know every answer , but while he was at school, he did talk to people. This isn\'t hearsay or she said he said. I visually saw him talking to students, he was kind and gentle to everyone at school, despite being threatened by the Maniac. He didn\'t let that take away from the goodness in his heart, and he spoke to students passing by in the hallway. I saw him wave and smile. Obviously the words, judging by the content and the circumstances, originated from the dude that was angry that day... who would then become the shooter - presumably. But it was a friend of that person who was talking about the situation and repeating what that person had said. It\'s possible that online threats were made also. I don\'t know if he was a friend of the shooter, but it was a black male with dreads that was repeating the threat. He wasn\'t the one who made the threat. He was explaining the situation. This particular threat was before the angry guy devolved into the shooter. In the morning time, he was still a regular person. As the day progressed, he was consumed by his own seething rage. The uncle could be innocent, but that won\'t change that some folks perceived him to be the shooter. Just like the motive could still be unknown, but that won\'t change that money was brought up as the reason. You would have to find those threats, you would have to get the electronic records of the shooter to know for sure. But to do that, you would first have to have proof that he did it. My thoughts exactly. How did the shooter even get the gun? "Off the streets" does not qualify as an answer because a piece of concrete cannot hand anything to a human. Either he already owned the gun (legally or illegally) or it was someone else\'s. Father stated in September that Lance had called either his brother or his daughter but later posted in October that Lance is still missing. His brother states he found Lance\'s wheel in front of a house at 300 Crescent Drive in Terrell, Tx, and that his car had been towed to auction.
