Charles Edward Mansker Jr., 27, went missing from Wichita, Kansas, on October 3, 1968. At the time of his disappearance, Charles, also known as "Chuck," was a resident of Wichita. He was last seen in the area but disappeared without leaving many clues behind. Mansker was described as being 5'11", weighing around 195 pounds, with dark brown hair (possibly balding) and hazel eyes. He also had notable scars on his upper left forehead, behind his left ear, and on his lower left arm.
