Missing

Serenity Brown, just shy of her second birthday, went missing on July 14, 2006, from Brooklyn, New York. However, her disappearance was not reported until 2011 when social workers noticed her absence during a routine check. According to Serenity's mother, Paula Johnson, her father, Edward Brown, became enraged by the child's laughter and fatally struck her.
