Wendy was last seen at approximately 9:00 a.m. in the vicinity of the 300 block of Mother Gaston Avenue.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a medium-sized beige shirt, white shorts, and white tennis shoes. She also wore a blonde or brown wig. Wendy has distinguishing burn scars on her left cheek and left shoulder. She has never been heard from again.
Wendy was a mother to two sons, who she adored. Her family describes her as a loving mother and grandmother to children she has never had the chance to meet.
