Charles D. Wilson, a 56-year-old Vietnam War veteran, was last seen on October 9 or 10, 2007, at Keehi Boat Harbor in Honolulu, Hawaii. He lived on a 27-foot sailboat named *H20I.Q.* and had plans to relocate the boat to Waianae Boat Harbor after his mooring permit expired. However, Wilson never reached his destination and has not been heard from since.
