William Ramey, age 62, was last seen on July 26, 2016, in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His disappearance raised concerns because it was unusual for him to leave behind his paycheck, something that had never happened before. Ramey, described as an African-American male with gray hair, standing about 5'6" and weighing 150 pounds, has not been seen or heard from since that day.
