Ivon Fowler, a 7-year-old boy from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was last seen on September 11, 2006, alongside his twin sister, Inisha Fowler. Their disappearance, however, wasn't discovered until nearly a decade later. In 2016, the Pennsylvania Department of Children, Youth, and Families (CYF) attempted to remove all of Patricia Fowler's children due to medical neglect.
