In the bustling South Side of Pittsburgh, a sense of unease settled over the community in the days following November 18, 2017. On that evening, at approximately 8:00 PM, 30-year-old Patrick Taylor Rohal was seen for the last time. He was observed walking along East Carson Street, heading in the direction of the Birmingham Bridge.
