In the early morning hours of February 4, 2025, 48-year-old Jay Robert Ketter was last seen in the Allentown neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He had been dropped off at a residence and was observed walking away. At the time of his disappearance, Ketter, a white male, was approximately 6 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighed around 170 pounds. He has gray or partially gray hair and hazel eyes.
