Rae Berwanger, a 53-year-old woman, was last seen on March 5, 2019, at her residence in Priest River, Idaho. She vanished without a trace, and her disappearance has raised many questions. Rae may have been driving a white 1992 Pontiac Grand Am with a red hood, a vehicle associated with her case.
Shortly after she went missing, Jordan Jarrad Law, her former boyfriend and roommate, was arrested for bank fraud and lying to police.
He had used Rae’s debit card to withdraw $1,200 from her account in the days immediately following her disappearance. Law initially claimed he had sold her the Pontiac, but surveillance footage contradicted his story, showing him driving the vehicle during the time he said Rae had it. Although he is considered a person of interest, no direct link to foul play has been confirmed.
Rae’s family noted it was highly unusual for her to leave without staying in touch, as she was in regular communication with them. Despite investigations and some leads, her case remains unsolved, and authorities continue to seek information regarding her whereabouts.
