Angela Green, 51, was last seen on June 19, 2019, at her home in Prairie Village, Kansas. Her disappearance became more mysterious when, after an argument with her daughter Ellie, Angela's husband Geoffrey told Ellie that Angela had been hospitalized due to a mental health crisis. He later claimed Angela had died of a stroke in the facility, but no death certificate could be found. This raised suspicion, especially as Geoffrey gave conflicting stories about Angela's fate.
Ellie sought answers in February 2020 when she discovered there was no official record of her mother's death. Upon filing a missing person report, authorities launched an investigation, but Geoffrey refused to cooperate and hired a lawyer. Despite police searches, including the use of cadaver dogs, no trace of Angela has been found, and her personal belongings, such as her passport and purse, were left behind at home.
