Perry Dean Edmunds, a 17-year-old from Pawlet, Vermont, was last seen on July 16, 1976. On that day, Perry was reportedly involved in a minor car accident. Following the crash, he attended a concert in Saratoga Springs, New York, but was never heard from again after that event. His family reported him missing on July 21, 1976, when no one could locate him in the days following the concert.
