Michael Ballesteros, 26, went missing from Honolulu, Hawaii, on March 4, 1990. At the time, he was living in a private care home located on Maliu Street in the Kalihi area. Ballesteros left the care home early in the morning, around 8:00 a.m., without informing his caretaker. He has not been seen or heard from since that day.
