Carrol 'Chip' Fischer, a 30-year-old man, was last seen in New Orleans, Louisiana, on June 12, 2018. On that day, at approximately 12:30 p.m., he was at his residence on Esplanade Avenue. He had a phone conversation with a woman, informing her that he was leaving an electronics store and was on his way to a Walmart. About an hour later, at 1:30 p.m., he sent a text message to the same woman, confirming he was at the Walmart located on Veterans Boulevard in Metairie. After this communic ...
