Carrol "Chip" Fischer, age 30, was last seen on June 12, 2018, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was last in contact around 12:30 p.m. when he called a woman to say he was leaving an electronics store and heading to a Walmart in Metairie. About an hour later, at 1:30 p.m., he texted to confirm he had arrived at Walmart. This was the last known communication from him.
