Known to his loved ones as "Jay," he was last seen with his brown hair in braids, wearing a white t-shirt, dark-colored shorts, and white high-top sneakers. Justin was a Black male with hazel eyes and a noticeable scar on his face. On the day he disappeared, he reportedly left his residence with the intention of walking to his grandmother's house. However, he was seen getting into a white, two-door 1989 Chevrolet sedan and was never heard from again. Some accounts suggest he might have been on his way to see his girlfriend. The circumstances surrounding Justin's disappearance are unsettling, and though authorities suspect foul play, very few details have been made public in the years since he was last seen.
