Justin Emile Cosey, 16 years old at the time, was last seen on July 12, 2002, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He left his home that day to walk to his grandmother's house but instead got into a white 1989 Chevrolet sedan. This was the last time he was seen, and he has not been heard from since. Justin was 5'6", weighed 145 pounds, and had hazel eyes and braided brown hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt, dark shorts, and white high-top sneakers at the time of his disappearance.
