Keion Jamir Dade, a 24-year-old from Moreno Valley, California, went missing on June 10, 2021, while aboard the Catalina Express ferry en route to Catalina Island. According to witnesses, Keion fell overboard approximately three miles off the coast of Long Beach around 5:45 p.m. A crew member attempted to help by throwing a life ring, but Keion was lost in the water.
