Andrew Stetler, a 19-year-old from Stockton, California, went missing on December 24, 1982, while on a duck hunting trip with his friend, Chris Anderson. The two young men set off early in the morning in an 8-foot fiberglass rowboat to hunt in the Webb Tract area of the San Joaquin Delta. When they did not return that evening, their families alerted authorities.
