Finocchio, who resided in Manteca, had been spotted in areas such as Wildomar and eastern Ventura County, including Bell Canyon. He may have been experiencing confusion due to severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) stemming from his military service, leading to concerns that he could be in need of medical attention.
At the time of his disappearance, Finocchio was believed to be driving a black 2019 Ford Mustang with the license plate 8UOK069 and the word "Mufasa" on the windshield, referring to his dog.
Despite searches and public appeals for information, very few details about his whereabouts have emerged since his disappearance. His case remains classified as endangered missing, and authorities, including the Manteca Police Department, continue to seek information.
