In the spring of 1999, a sense of unease settled over the Biazza Ridge Housing Area on the sprawling military installation of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. On April 24th, 32-year-old Veyda Maria Sellers, a resident of the community, vanished. She was last seen near her home, a place that should have been a sanctuary.
