Veyda Maria Sellers, age 32, was last seen on April 24, 1999, in the Biazza Ridge Housing Area of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where she lived with her family. Originally from Panama, Sellers spoke fluent Spanish and had lived on the military base with her husband, a U.S. Army soldier. On the day of her disappearance, Sellers was wearing black jeans or leggings and a white T-shirt, and she may have been carrying a black purse and Newport cigarettes.
