In the late summer of 2018, concerns began to grow for 36-year-old Jason Edward Shuford from Icard, North Carolina. His family had not seen or heard from him in over a month, which was highly out of character for him. This prolonged silence prompted his mother to file a missing person report with the Burke County Sheriff's Office on September 21, 2018. The last confirmed contact anyone had with Jason was on August 26, 2018. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, ...
