On December 10, 1982, Michael Norman, age 32, was last seen with two friends, William Clifton and David McMicken, at the VIP bar in Chocowinity, North Carolina. The three men left together in Clifton's 1975 Chevrolet Camaro and were never heard from again. Decades later, in February 2024, a submerged Camaro matching Clifton’s car was discovered upside down in Jack's Creek, Washington, NC.
