Silas Anthony Ojeda, a 13-month-old boy from Cheyenne, Wyoming, was last seen around October 22, 2016. His mother, Rhiannon Ojeda, left him in the care of her boyfriend, Logan Rogers, while she went to work. Silas was reported missing on October 26 by his grandfather after Rhiannon told him that a man had taken Silas and not returned him.
