Paul Daniel Pedry, a 43-year-old man from Casper, Wyoming, was last seen on July 7, 2020, near his residence in the 800 block of South Durbin Street. Paul, who was struggling with bipolar disorder and in need of medication, walked away from his apartment that evening wearing a short-sleeved t-shirt, silver or gray shorts, and sneakers.
