At approximately 2:00 p.m. on October 30, 1982, Daniel Christensen left the family cabin near Long Lake in Manitoba. He took the family dog with him and intended to go chicken hunting. His family reported him missing the next day. On November 6, 1982, the dog returned to the cabin in good health. Daniel has never been located.
