In the spring of 2008, the life of a family was irrevocably changed when 30-year-old Phillip David Morin vanished. He was last seen by his family in May of that year, living on Colony Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Since that time, there has been no communication from him, a silence that is deeply out of character. Police have stated that it is extremely unusual for him to have no contact with his family members for such an extended period, deepening the concern and mystery surrounding his case. ...
