Alvaro Giovanni Lobo-Jovel, a 35-year-old man, was last seen on December 1, 2018, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He has not been heard from since that day, and the circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear. At the time of his disappearance, Alvaro was described as a Hispanic male, standing 5'6" and weighing around 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
