Phillip Smith Missing Person Case

In the summer of 2016, concern grew for Phillip Alan Smith, a 51-year-old man from Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was last seen on July 3, 2016, after dropping off a friend in Dora, Arkansas. According to the friend, Smith seemed anxious to leave. Later that same evening, his black Ford F-150 pickup truck was discovered abandoned at Spring Hill Park, near Lock and Dam 13 in Barling.
