In the early spring of 2026, the life of 23-year-old Jeffrey Ryan Wikinger Luster took a turn that left his family searching for answers. On March 8th, the young male was last seen in Fort Smith, Arkansas, a destination he had traveled to with the intention of visiting a family member.
