In the quiet, rural landscape of Wyoming, the summer of 2021 brought with it a mystery that continues to linger in the small town of Baggs. It was on the evening of July 18th of that year that 66-year-old Kris Mortenson Ziegler, a male resident, was last seen. At approximately 9:30 p.m., he was dropped off at the junction of two state highways, Wyoming 70 and Wyoming 789.
