He was last observed leaving as a passenger in a brown or tan Chevrolet Blazer driven by an unidentified man. The Blazer was later believed to belong to a suspect named David Barker Jr.
Despite extensive investigations, Williams was never seen or heard from again. His body was never located, and his case remains unsolved. Williams was described as 6'2" to 6'3", weighing 250-300 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a button-down shirt, jeans, and cowboy boots.
